We are seeking an employee whom has the following experience:
• Previous Supervisory or Management role held preferably in a High Quality Dining Restaurant
• Has good Customer Care Skills and has an outgoing and friendly personality
• The ability to run the Restaurant smoothly and efficiently on the Restaurant Managers day off is essential
• A Good knowledge of Foods and an understanding of Wines and Beverages
